Hidden away in the forests of New England is Night Forest Academy of Magic. For over 200 years, it has been one of the leading Wizardry schools in North America. Founded in the early 19th century, it was the first wizarding schools in the United States. Before then, Many of the wizards taught their children, and other young realitives, magic on their own, independantly. Unless another wizarding family was nearby and recognized their talent, many muggleborn wizards and witches went completely untrained all their life. When the founder's niece was being taught, she told him how she wanted to know other young people like herself. It was then that he got a marvelous idea. He would begin his own magic school, like those else where in the world. He converted the mansion he lived in into a school. People of all sorts began sending their children from all other country, and the rest of the continent too, to be taught there-and the founder accepted, so long as they had the gift of Magic. And so, The Night Forest Academy of Magic began.
